Shipping & DeliverySHIPPING OPTIONS: Domestic Orders: Customers in the UK get Free Standard Shipping on orders over £40 (it takes 3-5 working days). The cost is £3.50 for customers spending less than £40. We also offer an Express Shipping service, the flat shipping fee is £5.95 and it takes 1-2 working days. We deliver to residential addresses Mon-Sat, except Bank Holidays. International Orders: They are shipped via a standard service that typically takes 3-7 working days. The shipping charges will vary country to country and they are calculated based on the package's weight. You will be able to see the charges at checkout. We currently ship to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please note that shipping time excludes processing time. PROCESSING TIMES: We aim to process and dispatch orders within two to three business days, although this timeline may vary. Some items are held in stock and have a shorter dispatch time, whilst most are made to order and take a few more days to process. If you require your order by a specific date, kindly inform us in advance. POSSIBLE DELAYS: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from the shipping company. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe and we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays within the courier network. CLICK & COLLECT: Click & Collect from our Studio in Soho, London will be available soon for free. Stay tuned! PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Prior to purchase, pre-order items will indicate an estimated release date. Our objective is to dispatch these items in a timely manner so that our customers receive them on or before the announced release date. If your items are ready earlier than anticipated, we will dispatch them promptly, and you will receive a shipping notification via email. Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control that may prevent items from arriving by their scheduled release date. If such a delay is anticipated, we will inform you via email. The pre-order item, along with any other items you have selected for that order, will be processed for shipment once the stock becomes available. Please note - if your order includes pre-order and non pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when the last item comes into stock. If you need the in-stock items first, please place separate orders.

Returns & CancellationsReturns: if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us. If you aren’t happy with a purchase, If you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply contact us at hello@miniandthini.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. We’ll guide you through the easy return process. Once your return is approved, you'll have 28 days from the date of receipt to send the item back for a full refund (excluding delivery costs, if applicable). The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, in the original packaging, in the original condition. Incomplete, damaged or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Customised items cannot be returned. Damaged items: occasionally items are damaged on their journey to you. If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as you can and within 5 days at hello@miniandthini.com and we will arrange a free exchange or refund. Refunds: we process returns and refunds within 5 days of your order arriving back to us. Once your return is processed, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail. Refunds to debit cards usually arrive within 2 business days but it can take several days to reflect on credit card accounts. This also varies depending on your financial institution. We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey or fail to arrive back with us: Please make sure items are well packaged; we suggest returning items in their original outer postal packaging. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. We start working on your order as soon as we receive it so we do not offer cancellations but please contact us if any issues as soon as possible and we will try to do what we can to help you.

Custom OrdersWe can offer customisation options in some cases. We can make custom sizes and we are also happy to combine the available fabrics in different ways to the offered ones so please feel free to message us with custom order requests.

Safety StandardsEach stitch and design are infused with the care and dedication of a mother who wants nothing but the best for her children and safety is our number one priority and we take it very seriously. As an integral part of the design process, all products are fully tested to make sure they meet the safety standards of the British and European markets and thus, they proudly display both the CE and UKCA marks where appropriate. All the items displaying the marks have passed the European Toy Safety Standards EN 71-1:2014+A1:2018, EN 71-2:2020 and EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021. Feel free to contact us for more information about this.

For more details, please go to the Gift Wrapping page. How to Add Gift Wrap to Your Order Add Products to Your Bag Choose your favourite items and add them to your shopping bag. Once you’re ready, head over to CHECK OUT. Select ‘Gift wrap this order’ Look for the Gift Options at checkout, select ‘Gift wrap this order’ and you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred message for the gift tag. Explore our cotton gift tags here. You can also include a personal message on a handwritten mini&thini gift note, just click ‘Add a gift message’, write your message and click ‘Apply’. Complete Your Order Confirm your choices and complete your order. Your beautifully wrapped gift will be on its way! Cost: £3.50 per order.
